If you are looking for a good health and good tasting green tea, which is the best kind, choose SOL Slimming & Detox tea - WILLOWY WULONG which comes with so many excellent properties. I've been drinking this tea for months now. This tea contains a very unique blend which is what gives it that delicious flavor and wonderful aroma: Oolong tea, Green tea, Mint, Cinnamon, Licorice, Rooibos, Tulsi, Ginger, Jasmine, Moringa, Gymnema Sylvester, Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Fennel, Lemongrass, Pipli & Cardamom. I find the tea very therapeutic and relaxing. The flavor is not too strong but is a very smooth blend flavor. It's not like the other green teas where you feel as if your heart is going to jump out of your chest. Instead, I drink it at night and have great results. Don't take my word for it though. It's always best to try it by yourself.
